Do you crave the space to clear your mind and empower your time? I do!
AFTER many many months of craziness, I now have time to continue the journey and refocus on my goals. The goal to help others through exactly where I have been. And so, today sees my morning getting started. Sitting in the garden, a table set out under the shadow of the thatched roof, and a large pot of tea.
TODAY is about me. Where I want to be and how to help myself and actually, all of you, achieve exactly what I had always intended to do.
IT has been a long and frustrating few months, but with all the frustrations now far behind we are looking forward to a move. Self-Wellbeing is having a fresh start and although I will be crazy sad to leave our beautiful cottage, I am excited for what the future will hold.
AS I sit here, I have become concious of the family of bee's who have built a nest in a disused bird box. They fly too and fro making a deep heavy and yet somehow inspiring hum. There are already butterflies hoping from the budlieha bush, and I can here our chorus of pidgeons singing.Today is literally perfect.
MY plans are moving forwards, and the ideas always flow when I allow myself the time to free my mind. The sunshine is always so inspiring too, and time to bask in the warmth of the early sunshine, is a great way to motivate your day.
SO much of my time is spent indoors, surround by the rythmn of elctrical noise, monitors, people and everything else that nursing has to offer - so days like today are invaluable to be able to refocus and recharge those tired batteries and be able to create a path forwards.
My plan, to keep working at the desire to help. To show that there are ways to find calm in the craziness of life, and most importantly of all. To show you that it is possible to learn to drive yourself forwards, to listen, love and truely nurture who you are - and in the end, create fabulas results and a true health which radiates from within you.
